Smoothie Popsicles Ingredients

The yogurt base gives these popsicles a smooth and creamy texture. Aside from that, all you need is frozen fruit for the perfect amount of sweetness and a touch of vanilla extract for flavor. Frozen raspberries would sub in great if you don’t have strawberries on hand, and if you’re not going for the patriotic look you can swap in mango, pineapple, peaches, or virtually any type of fruit. Let me know what you try in the comments!

The frozen fruit adds a good source of fiber, and that, plus protein from the yogurt, makes these smoothie pops more filling than your average popsicle. Perfect to satisfy hungry kids – or adults – while they wait for dinner to be ready. Whether you serve these as a snack or dessert, they’re bound to be a hit all around!

Have a wonderful 4th of July –  God Bless America!
