We smiled for some 📸, sweat @sltnyc, and had some celebratory food 🥗🌮 + 🍹 @seamores* 🤗 I really hit the jackpot with these ladies and @katemevans (on the west coast defending her MS thesis this month 🙌🏻). As a former micro-manager I thought I’d be a solo entrepreneur forever - until I of course couldn’t scale without help. @nutritionwithlaura taught me I could trust others with my clients and she’s exceeded all expectations working with our 1-1s (and doing plenty more) since then. Before having Carter, I was anxious to hire someone 2 months before maternity, but @elliemeyers_rd has crushed it with 1-1s, teams and student athlete nutrition content management. Kate has been the best assistant crushing it every month with newsletters and plenty of BTS editing, blog and sometimes brand work. And what a blessing to get to work with my sister on all of the branding and editing that goes into both brands and my media and partnerships! Thank you ladies for working so well together and independently. And for helping sustain much of KJN + SAN during my long maternity leave and now slow return back to a more normal work flow.
